These terms apply when you ask WhatIsSEO for a quote or buy from us. Last updated 22 October 2026.

Who we are

Proposals and services

We set out the work, price, timing and any minimum term in a written proposal. The contract starts when you accept it in writing or pay the first invoice. Where the proposal does not say otherwise, either of us can end a monthly service with 30 days' written notice.

Your part

You give us the access, information and approvals we need, and you confirm you have the right to use any content, logos or images you supply.

Results

Search rankings and traffic depend on search engines and on factors outside our control, so we do not promise a particular position or result.

Courses and digital content

If you buy a course or other digital content and ask for access straight away, you agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once access begins.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. For business customers, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit or other indirect losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
